Choosing Colors

We are going to have our house painted. We were talking to the painter today and choosing colors. It's been two years since we started this conversation. Due to a skiing accident Rich, the painter, couldn't work last year. Meanwhile our finances seemed in accord with the idea of waiting a year so we did. Now we're getting ready to go. I'm really excited.

We went through several color schemes since we started and are zeroing in on a warm yellow with a tinge of orange as the main color with dark blue-purple trim on the edges of the roof and around the doors. All four doors will be a brick red-orange. At least that's what we think. Rich is going to paint a large sample of the colors we've chosen so we can see if we still like them when larger. He is going to begin prepping the outside of the house soon.
