St Gengoux on market day

Another back blip from our holiday. I love French markets - I bought a fly-swatter, some dried umbellifer flower heads that you can use to pick your teeth, a little pot of elderflower jelly and tea for our cat-feeder friend called "Tisane du chat qui se leve de bonne humeur". And OB bought the wherewithal to cook a lovely supper of lamb with capers.

Later that day we took a walk around Taizé. For all that the community is lauded as inclusive, we were not greetly warmly when we tried to walk through what was evidently (though not marked as such, or marked as private) the family area. In fact we were asked to leave. Mm. Make of that what you will.
