Rocket Fuel

Well, not quite, but it certainly was a good source of fuel after a heavy night at work - a full home-cooked English breakfast. There were even hash browns! I'm a firm believer that a large breakfast sets you up properly for the day ahead and means you eat less over the course of that day. With all the help provided by J I was ready to rock and roll by the time work started. It turned into another busy day - not quite as crazy as Friday, but those who did show up drank quite heavily as did I. Decent way to round off the work week, though the morning didn't really happen for me the following day...
