Daffodil day daffodils

My walk this morning took me past the garden where 50.000 daffodils will be cut tomorrow ready for daffodil day on Friday. It is a private property with magnolia trees and wisteria in the paddock with the daffs. The garden proper of the owners is a fairyland in spring with cherry blossoms, tulips, magnolias, camellias, rododendrons, and azaleas among mature birch just to name a few plants.
I was wrong when I thought 3 weeks ago that the daffodils would be too early for the day- they are spot on.
