Dutch Apple pie

I made an apple pie today. It's the last day before the boys' summer vacation is officially over. Tomorrow it'll be back to school. Not looking forward to it, because this semester (until the Christmas break), oldest has to be at school at 6.20 am and guess who's going to take him there?
