Sand in the City

This weekend is Sand in the City, held annually to raise money for the Children's Museum in Olympia, WA. It's a wonderful family event, with a lot for kids to do, and whimsical sand sculptures to see. This year all the sculptors were pros, a change from past years when teams from local businesses did the sculpting. This is a figure from one of the creations. It was fun seeing the artists working.
