CRABAPPLE

I think I have said it before, and it is still valid...sometimes the simple things are best! Kathy and I were having an in-depth conversation over lunch about what my shot of the day today should be. The theme was "Where I stand" (again), and I really didn't want to do that one for the third or fourth time. So I thought maybe I should composite a portrait of someone I have shot recently onto a background I would go out and shoot today. With that question still lingering...I went outside to take some shots of our Flowering Crabapple tree. When I looked at those shots on my monitor, I decided that I liked what I saw...no need to add anything to this shot to make it absolutely perfect. Well, maybe having some of the flowers in "Flowering Crabapple" in the shot would have made it a little better, but you can't have everything!!
