Blooming heather

Went to Photolive in Leeds yesterday. Some excellent lectures and lots of kit to drool over. I came away re-inspired and so the camera came with me on the early morning dog walk. Not a great selection of shots, but the take home message from yesterday was keep trying!! (oh, and focus stacking is the in thing for landscape). However, I had noticed that the heather is wonderful again this year and so tried to combine the two main features of the walk, leaping from hillock to hillock to try and achieve a composition as taught yesterday. I think Ted thought that I had finally cracked, but enjoyed following me anyway.
