Man and boy.

This was GravyC and Noo checking out the rock pools on Eastbourne beach this afternoon.

We've had a busy day, but I think we're all happy. Zac Quack is still living the high life in The Canaries, so he's happy. I ran 13 miles from home to Bo Peep on the South Downs, and GravyC ran from there to Beachy Head - the second half of the Beachy Head Marathon Route. We're both happy that we don't have to run this evening. While GravyC ran, I took Noo to "the coffee shop" (his request!) where he ate my cake and half of his own!!!!!! Then we drove up to Beachy Head and picked up a weary GravyC, before heading to the beach. Noo got very wet and very sandy!! so we washed him off and changed his clothes before heading to the "flayground" (playground - his 3rd wish) where he performed daredevil stunts that are not good for a Mother to have to witness......!!!!
