Remains of the day

I felt inspired by tedwin to blip something beautiful and fragile that captured the sentiment of the season.

I hesitate to say that today was lovely ... At times the sun graced us with glorious warm rays which called me to laze outdoors and ignore the housework... but with each attempt at carpe diem I was chastised with a cold wind blown in by cruel clouds. To what do I owe such torturous teasing?!

This August has been the antithesis to March... in like a lamb and out like a lionness.
