Tried my hand at making old-fashioned Raspberry Buns with half gluten free flour and half ground almonds. They're a bit crumbly - not so much now they've cooled down - and far too sweet but pretty successful on the whole. I would halve the sugar another time. Or cut it out entirely; I wonder what effect that would have?
