Nice Beach High Season

We had an early start for the airport - well 7.30am is early for us on a weekend.

The flight was delayed by an hour due to a mixture of a late inbound flight and a technical fault that meant that we had to turn off the runway and go back to the terminal for an engineer to come and fix it.

Finally arrived into Nice at about 3pm and we were immediately hit by the heat. It may be unseasonably cold in England but the temperatures here are into the 30s.

Lots of people enjoying the sunshine on the beach and packed in like sardines.
