Chicks in Rukungiri!

The offering in church today was "in kind" as well as in cash. Many people do not have spare cash to give but bring along some food they have grown, or in some cases, livestock which is then auctioned off at the end of the service and the money added to the offering basket.
And yes - we bid for 3 chickens! They accompanied us back to base in the bus and now are happily pecking around our house.
Don't think turkish Airlines are going to be happy if Team 4 try to smuggle them on the flight, so we could be giving them away tomorrow when we visit the Mosaic vision project.
Obviously they are already named - Brownie, Black Beauty and Doodle!
