'Spring Blossom'

I love this time of year in Melbourne. The weather is warming up, the blossom is blossoming, the birds are singing and the footy finals are almost here.

Well last night the boys watched The Hobbit and stayed awake until somewhere between 2 - 3am. I headed off to bed just after midnight, after carrying Bella down to our bed in her sleeping bag (she only laster for the first 10 or 15 mins of the movie and was fast asleep on the couch in no time. MsMun stayed up with the boys to watch the movie and then had to settle one of the boys who was having trouble sleeping.

They were all up again before 7am this morning, and had a pancake & fruit breakfast. Then they were picked up later in the morning. A great success all round, so much so that most of them didn't want to leave. They are all really great fun boys.

Just been talking to our next door neighbours who's daughter had her 21st birthday party last night and apparently the boys at our 9th birthday party outstayed theirs, maybe because there wasn't any alcohol involved in ours.

A quiet day at home for me today, cleaning up the kitchen and kicking the footy with Dylan. Another big weekend almost done.
