The Last of .........

............ the Lavatera flowers.

We had some rain in the night (again) and there were still droplets on these beautiful pink flowers this morning.

It's worth looking large .....


These are really unruly shrubs/trees but I love them - you can cut them right back to the ground and up they come the next year .... perfect for a lazy gardener like me!!!!

Thank you so, so much for all the great comments and stars on the early morning, sun-kissed cobweb yesterday ..... you're a wonderful lot out there.
