Scratching from the garden

Ive been out tidying the veggie gardens up and making them cat proof.

The neighbourhood cats have been using them as dirt boxes, much to my horror. Wish they would "poop" in their own gardens. Someone has suggested to sprinkle some cayanne peper on the garden, on the list for when next at the supermarket. But at the moment, both are very well covered with netting.

Lettuces, silverbeet, spinach and corrinder planted. Now have an over welming desire to eat salad, with fresh tomatoes, corrinder, pinenuts, green olives and cheese.

Todays blip is my tyres for my potatoes. Didn't grow any last year, but thinks this year I will turn them into planters for beans or tomotoes.

Must have been bored with plan tyres a couple of years back and added my painted hand prints to them. Thought the same concept would look cool along the back fence with the kids handprints.

Alas it's Monday tomorrow and the pollen is still causing my eyes to be scratchy.
