A busy morning clearing out the garage - a task we've been putting off for too long but once we got started it only took us a couple of hours. 3 piles of stuff: One pile for Goodwill; a pile of household fixtures for The ReBuilding Center; and the last pile for recycling and the dump. So here's a shot at the Metro Waste Transfer Station in the NW Industrial District where we dropped off the stuff we couldn't donate, they gave us a discount as we were recycling a bunch of stuff which was cool.

After all our drop-offs were complete we parked up near the Fremont Bridge and strolled through the Pearl District, had a late lunch, then did some more strolling. A very productive, as well as enjoyable, Saturday!
