Good Day, Sunshine

I have been fixated on seeing the sun recently in my blips because it's been so overcast, and there's been rain for a week.

So, lovely to see the morning sun streaming through the ribs of this apartment block on the corner. Every apartment in the block sold for well over a million dollars off the plan.
