Yorkshire Terriers

The seed heads of this clematis alpina always remind me of little Yorkshire terriers. They thread themselves through Hydrangea anomala which covers a wall of the house. In the spring, the flowers are pale blue and always appear as if by magic. I'm looking forward to it already!
