Ferry across the Mersey

Having come west for the weekend, went out with JanetH for the full Liverpool experience today! After a wet start ( new sat nav collected) however we got lucky! Cheaper than anticipated parking, and blue skies ! Ended up walking to the pier to catch the ferry! Good views back to the city land marks. Then bus around the sites. Soaked up the atmosphere of the cavern area, took some good photos, and generally a brilliant day out! Then back to unwind and have tea, thanks!
