Millennium bridge Newcastle

The bridge tilts open every day at 12 pm. We down to watch as OH is an Engineer and wanted to see the mechanics of it. The walkway in the top of the shot is vertical instead of horizontal. The Sage in Gateshead across the river was having its windows cleaned, quite a job!
