Mid afternoon the current Mrs Mart announces that she is taking me to bed for a lie down, and that we would have to jiggle up and down a bit, and that she would be rating it for hardness....

So I find myself in Fairway furniture doing my prince and the pea impression choosing a new mattress. It would have been so easy to curl up and nod off.

This is a blip of the old railway signalmans hut on the now defunct Exeter to Plymouth railway line. During summer storms, and the disruption caused by the collapse of the railway in to the sea at Dawlish Warren, it was suggested that perhaps this old line should be re-instated. But I think it was just rhetoric and hot air, I cannot see it happening.
