Giant Cinnamon Swirl

More bake off shenanigans. I couldn't be doing with the estimated six hours to make ciabatta so thought I'd give you all my Showstopper instead.... Loosely based on the pesto pinwheel but with sultanas, butter, pecans, sugar and cinnamon as filling.
