baking day

It's been a while since I made a quiche and as we're having guests for lunch.and tea tomorrow I thought I would practice on my family!

A firm favourite is corned beef and potato pie which is a firm favourite with the family.

Sitting at the left looks like a square cake its supposed to be a swiss roll but it didnt roll well! Think I left in oven too long!

I have fruit soaking for teabread to cook in the morning whilst onsie the lunch.

Before bed mini merguines to be made for individual puddings after lunch. Housework will be tomorrow morning before all descend for a 1pm lunch.

I may need a glass of wine.....
