"hands of gold There's velvet eyes in Mexico"

This evening I was transported back to Mexico City when I attended a Mexican cooking class in Azteca Cafe in Dublin. Hugo who ran the class was from Mexico City and he prepared all the dishes in the same way that I had seen when I was in Mexico. This was authentic stuff and I loved every minute of it. I think Mexican food is my favourite type of food. Not only did he show us how to make lots of traditional dishes but he also explained all the ingredients to us and showed us all the different types of chillies used in Mexican cooking. I was in my element and came away from the class with lots of new skills and tips and tricks that I cannot wait to try out at home. Viva Mexico!
