Running ahead of the weather
A quick trip to Robin Proctor Scar today to get some climbing in before volunteering to help dismantle the art exhibition. It fitted well with the forecast which was for increasingly heavy showers in the afternoon - so an early start saw us on the rock a little after 9am - and we successfully got 6 routes done before we felt the first few spots of rain.
Limestone really isn't the rock you want to be climbing when its wet - so deciding we'd still have time to squeeze in a coffee we beat a hasty retreat back to the van just in front of this weather.
