After the rain

The deluge that came last night cleared and the morning announced itself sunny and fresh, still very unusual weather for this time of year. After the market shop, I spent a pleasant hour or so catching up on local news with friends over coffee in the square. This afternoon I went for a gentle walk with my brother who will need a few days to acclimatise to the mountains. Then it is off to the airport to collect Bundle who is coming for her usual holiday stay. More walking in prospect no doubt.
