Wash and brush up

This greenbottle was having a wash and brush up on the hemp agrimony in the garden. It seems to attract all kinds of insects and is constantly alive when the sun is out.

Went to Body Pump in the morning but then enjoyed a quiet day at home. Managed to catch up with some of my blips.
