The wanderer returns

Albeit briefly. Returns to France on Friday and off to Bolton for a wedding tomorrow but we should get to see him for a couple of days which is nice. It's been 6 months. He was looking very smart in a pair of stone colored tailored shorts and this checked shirt. He brought several similar outfits for work. They were brought online from Hollister. Only issue is the shirt material., He didn't realise that they were heavy cotton, more Alaskan Lumberjack than South of France outdoor education centre manager. He has to sit in a direct line of the desk fan to keep from melting.

First coat of emulsion on the feature wall in Rosina's bedroom. Give it another 90 minutes and I will do the second coat and then its just the woodwork to spruce up. I hate painting woodwork. It doesn't matter how fastidious you are about preparation and cleaning, the minute you dip your brush in the tin of gloss, every dust particle, stray hair and fly for miles around makes a bee line for it. Is it an unwritten law of nature as yet unexplained by science?
