The Hill
Good ol' standby this evening as it rained quite a bit today and I only went out for my weekly blood-draw . . .
Didn't sleep well last night after going to bed soon after nine - up again at two o'clock reading The Post-office Girl . . .
Caught up with BBC i-player listening to Lives in a Landscape: The Roman Way and the last installment of On Silbury Hill . . . and of course Any Questions from Melrose, Scotland.
What have I been doing in my real life? Helping move boxes for Kathy as she sorts out stuff to go to a charity shop . . . And then there was an almighty crash as one of the cats knocked Kay-Tee to the floor - smashed! And Kathy's special coins? Dollar and half dollar pieces - old Santa Monica Blue Bus tokens - an assortment of German Pfennigs; French Centimes; English and Irish pence and Canadian pennies . . .
