northern irish barbecue

Pierre's mum and dad arrived today with loads of food for us! So kind. They brought a rabbit, a guinea fowl, turkey legs, a chicken, some duck! We were spoiled rotten :)

I made lamb souvlaki for dinner with HFW's flatbreads, a Yotam Ottolenghi parsley and pearl barley salad, and some garlicky, minty, cucumbery raita on the side. YUM.

This is a photo of the lamb cooking on the barbecue....northern irish style i.e. with an umbrella!
