how the words would flow with passion & precision

Today was spent 'researching' i.e. reading cook books looking for recipe ideas and how the books are styled and how the food is photographed. I would love to write a cook book. I have decided that this is the goal. Feels good to have something to work towards again. I wonder how long it will take till my book hits the shelves?
