On The Menu (Again!)

I love high summer, when the garden is burgeoning and all I have to do is stroll down to it, trug in hand, to "shop" for dinner ingredients! The tomatoes and basil (both green and opal varieties) are at their peak right now, as are the zucchinis, beans, and peppers. I suspect today's gleanings will end up as a ratatouille next to some grilled lemon chicken this evening.
