Wetherby Bridge

This is the bridge over the river Wharfe at Wetherby. I had to wait ages to get a shot with no traffic on the bridge.

The water level is quite low, despite all the rain we seem to have had recently.

On the left is a large cog wheel which I have blipped before.

Through the arches are several benches and picnic tables by the riverside. These are very popular for people getting fish and chips from The Wetherby Whaler nearby. There's always a large gathering of ducks, gulls and pigeons ready to pick any scraps!
