New Stock....Faulty...

I have waited for 15 weeks for my new rifle stock, it came today, it was missing two screws and this cheek piece was cracked, I am not impressed at all, this this cost me one arm and one leg and with the wait of 15 weeks. I have been in touch with the supplier, who have never seen the stock as it was dispatched by the gun maker directly to me, they have sent the screws to me and been in touch with the gun maker who has dispatched a new cheek piece directly by special delivery, the problem has been put right quickly but it should never have been like this to start with.
