Sorry folks, it's another building site! This is the one in Sullivan's Gulch that I've recorded a couple of times before. This is from a different angle and from this distance I have to say the building (the modern one with some of the siding panels still to be installed) doesn't look or feel quite so overbearing as it did in the other shots. Anyway, the building* is pretty much complete so this'll be my last blip on this particular site.
I was laughing at myself as I was taking this photograph, thinking at this rate my journal is going to have be renamed something along the lines of A Building Site A Day. :-)
A very pleasant 78ºF/26ºC today.
Thanks so much for the comments on yesterday's blip, it was a really interesting discussion, and to hear from so many different cities around the world that much the same is happening.
*I found out the building is an extension of the Holladay Park Plaza (the tallest building in this shot) which is a retirement community.
