Snack Anyone?

I had the rest of my chanterelles from yesterday for lunch today. Butterfried chanterelles with seasalt, pepper and parcely on homemade bread, and a good Edinburgh ale to go with it (Innis&Gunn - my new favourite). Couldn´t get any better in my opinion!
