Moon River...

...well, canal actually.
Dropped A off for swimming and took E a wee walk beside the canal and to photograph the harvested fields. Recently we've been having really bright sunshine mixed with dark, brooding clouds, the effect makes me want to stop the car and whip the camera out, sadly that's not usually possible, and today I only had my phone on me.
However the low, evening sunlight bouncing off the water lily pads and reflecting in the still canal water just made it look like a river of molten silver.

Friday tomorrow = hubby home day :-)
