I'm on a boat!!!!!

Day 581 - the day of the last birthday before the big un! Apart from feeling old we had another fab day this time a trip out to Caldey Island via a boat from Tenby.

Been once before when I was much younger and all I could recall was finding a gold cross whilst playing in the sand of a huge sunny beach and thought it was religious treasure. That and the golden wrapped monk-made chocolate bars.

Pleased to see that the beach and the choc is exactly the same and I'm old but not senile enough yet to appreciate the rest of the stunning Island. I'd quite like to live there, but not as a monk mind!

The fantabulous long day was ended with fish and chips and an old fashioned knickerbocker glory.

Highlight for me was the joy of the big dude - "I'm on a boat!!!!!!!"
