The Last Ministerial Event!

This evening was Feorlean's last Ministerial event before both Governments enter the restricted campaign period. Jointly hosted by the University of Glasgow and Reform Scotland, the Cabinet Secretary for Education and Lifelong Learning had the opportunity to explain which further powers he would like to see Scotland obtain and how he sees the constitution developing. A very interesting evening!
