Shape and form 3

I've had a quiet day, nursing a sore throat and sore head. I'm so glad that paracetamol and an afternoon sleep were part of the day!

I popped into the garden to cut another globe thistle. By the time I came to photograph it in my studio*, the natural light was fading so I had to work quickly.

I still have to work out quite how much of each floret I want in focus, but I'm enjoying the process.

Nearly time for the last episode of The Honourable Woman. Will we be any the wiser by 10pm tonight I wonder?!
