Baking tonight at the "Buns & Bread" evening class - chocolate fudge cake, with of course ganache (a new word to me - sort of chocolate icing), and chocolate buttons. Choux pastry with... chocolate icing. For some reason, now I don't feel so good...

Only one more baking evening class to go, alas.

Thanks to my neighbours for making me aware of the amazing sky this evening. Looked a bit like some sort of strange alien craft up there. I did take a few (digital) snaps of it, though present you with a boring B&W film shot from lunchtime instead.
