Debating Scotland's Future

Tonight I went along to hear Nicola Sturgeon and Kezia Dugdale debate yes and no for Scottish Independence. The event was aimed at undecided women and had standing room only. Amazing to see so many people passionate about and engaged in politics.

One of the themes was believing the facts put forward by both sides - both give figures that put a positive spin for their argument, leaving people completely confused in the middle. For me it's a case of taking in both sides and making your own mind on what facts you want to put your trust in.

Nicola Sturgeon was truly fantastic, first time I've heard her speak and I'd recommend anyone in Scotland to try get to a debate, hear both sides in person and get your questions answered.
