I arrived in time for my 'blender' session, 3d printing thingy, and the staff were having a meeting. So I had to wait outside, lovely.

Anyway. If you were tasked with painting the railings would you 'a' paint the railings and move the par lock or 'b' just paint everything that was there including a padlock.
