Tony has been doing jury service for the last two weeks, but the trial he was on finished on Tuesday and he and the other jurors were released. So he's got a few unexpected days at home - and being the busy person he is, this afternoon he's making use of the time to to edit some proofs of an article he's written on Dickens.

But I shall drag him away from his desk tomorrow, as we're off to the Towersey Festival, which is celebrating its 50th anniversary...
