Tired Fingers

I hadn't practiced my cello for over a week and it showed. I was already feeling tired all day to begin with, and now was ill-prepared for today's lesson. Boy, my teacher could tell!

After tonight's quartet rehearsal at my house, I dug into my music, determined to regain some ground. The steady tick tock of a trusty metronome provides great support when running on fumes!

And now for a good night's sleep.
