Soft Delight

A changeable day, sun and showers with a bitterly cold wind, hot bacon and corn soup was the order of the day for my daughter 'flying' and myself for lunch.

While getting my groceries I spied this beautiful hydrangea amongst the vegetables and had to have it! It is my favourite colour and looks so healthy, I'm looking forward to it brightening up my front porch.

Thank you for all the lovely comments for last weeks portrait of granddaughter A, it was lovely to have her home for a while even though she was recovering from her shoulder op.
