Iona's New Hairdo

Today my 94 year old Aunt Iona went to the beauty salon in her assisted living complex. She told the stylist she wanted her hair " short and curly" and then fell asleep in the chair.
I would describe her style before as wavy and short but now it's definitely not that. This is the shortest I've ever seen her hair.
One thing for sure is that it's just hair and it will grow out.
