Reasons To Be Cheerful #1

I am feeling utterly teary at the moment, I don't know why specifically, but weeks of horrific news, the comedown from the Commonwealth Games (where everyone I met was utterly lovely to each other for a fortnight - it is possible!), plus the ever increasing vortex of the referendum (enough to drive me over the edge all on its own) have all built up....

So this morning I asked social media people to send me some nice news instead - which they did! People are nice, aren't they?

At lunchtime I stopped and watched this magician disappear a playing card from his hands. The boy assistant had to wave his hands over the magician's, and look! it's gone! Then the magician made some balls appear in boy's hands and his look of amazement was priceless.

I've no idea what the man with the big notepad was meant to be doing, and neither did he.
