In London for a couple of days coming up with new ideas for products. It's something that happens a couple of time each year and it's always as difficult as ever, how to come up with mass appeal and not niche.

That however is not the toughest part, as always we have a team of graphic designers who draw the concepts and crazy ideas that we come up with. It's amazing to watch them listen to what you've said and sketch it in a few minutes, good enough to pitch it to the rest of the room. Real talent at work.
